Breast Buddy Program

LEARN MORE
Getting a breast cancer diagnosis is scary. Fighting it alone is terrifying.
Family and friends may be there to help you with appointments, surgeries, and everyday activities, but who can talk to about when your hair will fall out during chemo? Or how about what your breasts will look like after reconstruction? How about the depression you may feel after treatment is over but you still aren’t “back to normal”? Wouldn’t it be nice to talk to someone who has been there?

WHAT CAN I DO?
Breast Buddy is a program designed to do just that – pair a newly diagnosed survivor with a survivor who has been through the same treatment or faced the same issues.
Whether it is phone calls, texts, or meeting for coffee or lunch, your Breast Buddy will be there to help you navigate the scary new club you have involuntarily joined.
