Evita is a 39 year old single mother of two daughters aged 14 and 17. In January, Evita was diagnosed with Stage 3 inflammatory breast cancer. She has started chemo, which she will have every week for 12 weeks then every 2 weeks for 6 months. Evita will only receive $533 a month from her short term disability to live on while receiving treatment.
